Program Manager

FocusKPI is looking for a Program Manager working with eco-system platform and having understanding of software development and roadmaps to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company. 

Work Location: Remote: open to anywhere in US
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or conversion depending on your performance
Pay Range: $70/hr to $83/hr

Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of program management and dev ops principles, stakeholder management, and other techniques for ensuring high-quality delivery, maintaining high standards, managing change, and focusing on visibility, predictability, velocity, and value delivery
• Solid knowledge of principles involved in management of feature streams, complex features, market initiatives, and delivery improvements across different teams and departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• PMI or PMP certification is required to have
• 8-10 years minimum experience is required
• Program Management experience is must to have
• Working with Eco-System platform is must to have
• Understanding of software development process, DevOps principles and roadmaps are also must to have
• Experience with Servant leadership & Agile
• Industries such as software as a service (SaaS)
• Experience with partner management as it needed to work with both internal & external partners and emphasize what partners are intended to do
• Experience with product management is also required; strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Proficiency with tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps
• Working with external partner on product platforms
• Effective communication skills & interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
