HR Operations Specialist (Korean Bilingual)
Mountian View, CA - Contracted
Work Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6-month contract; On-site role (5 days a week)
Pay Range: $35/hr to $44/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate the HR process for all dispatchers
- Provide support for the new dispatcher’s settlements
- Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents
- Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
- Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building events
- U.S. College degree required (BA is preferred)
- 5-7 years overall professional work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in HR roles, preferably in tech companies
- Fluency in English and Korean required (Mandatory Korean bi-lingual, English & Korean ( Speak, Read, Write))
- Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, using Excel is preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
