Dry Vacuum Pump R&D Designer

• Build and test optical, electrical, or vacuum systems
• Responsible for the complete R&D design process; Own full design cycle from defining mechanical architecture to developing manufacturing drawings, handling / improving prototypes and documentations
• Design and analyze dry vacuum pump/systems in order to integrate it with other critical equipment
• Diagnosing complex system problems across high vacuum systems, software, electronics, mechanics, optics and motions systems
• Systems integration of electronics controller with sensors
• Set-up test equipment; automate data collection

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical design or Chemical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design, with a certain foundation in aerodynamics
• Have a certain understanding of semiconductor process technology or have engaged in the R&D of related equipment in the semiconductor industry
• Preferably with experience in designing dry vacuum pumps
• Preferably with experience in working in a vacuum pump R&D and production company
