FocusKPI is looking for a Marketing Operations Contractor - Events to join the Global Marketing Operations team, in one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.
The client is looking for a Marketing Operations Contractor - Events, to own event support responsibilities as part of the Global Marketing Operations (GMOPs) team. Your role will be to support the client's events (internal, proprietary, and third-party tradeshows) while working with cross-functional stakeholders including the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, Field Marketing team, Events team, Shared Services team, and more, to execute end-to-end operational needs, including but not limited to consulting with stakeholders, campaign setup in Salesforce, creating Marketo programs and syncs between internal and 2nd or 3rd party tools.
Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 18 months contract
Pay Range: $50/hr to $62/hr
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Your event background will also come into play by providing real-time event support
- Systems QA for parity with the event agenda
- Building comprehensive event lead routing and scoring strategies, pre and post-event reporting, process documentation, and more
- If you thrive in a fast-paced, world-class team environment and think you have what it takes to guide stakeholders through how to operationalize their end-to-end event goals and create scalable efficiencies over time, then you will be a good fit
- When there’s downtime with events, team will also cross-train you on other marketing operations priorities across the larger organization
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B enterprise marketing operations environment
- 1-2 years of experience supporting events in a global, high-tech environment
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Swoogo, Bigmarker, and Google Sheets or Excel highly desirable
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, adaptability to changing requirements, and deadline-driven; capable of juggling multiple events in tandem
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, scrubbing, and processing time-sensitive event data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in delving into details to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Proven ability to diagnose and address complex problems, ensuring timely resolutions that meet or exceed SLAs, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal communication and written documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive materials that enhance knowledge sharing and consistency across teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and contribute to the development of new processes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive successful scalable event processes
