Technical Program Manager (Digital Health)
Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract with potential to convert depending on the candidate's performance
Pay Range: $80/hr to $89/hr

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Mobile and Web development Programs consisting of multiple projects.
- Develops program strategy, supporting business case and project plans.
- Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
- Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary to meet the business's needs.
- Communicates with IT leadership and senior business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
- Partners with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
- Maintains the efficiency of the project management process, such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Identifies and mitigates potential risks.
- Manages teams of multiple project managers, project leaders, and/or support staff.
- Monitors, measures, and reports on project status to IT leadership and senior business leadership.
- Manage multiple simultaneous cross-functional teams and projects across various sites & geographical locations to gather product requirements, define key tasks, track project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and project management plans, accounting for all dependencies and constraints.
- Manage change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
- Capture program status and data by ensuring the population of the program management information system in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to streamline or improve the efficiency of existing processes.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Mathematics/Statistics/Business/Engineering.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is highly recommended.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering program and project management.
- Experience with project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Risk and Issue Management skills.
- Experience in building and managing mobile and web development application Programs
- Understanding of building products in digital health
- Demonstrated experience working with technology partners (of all sizes) to deliver software solutions & projects involving multiple stakeholder teams.
- Complete understanding of how to manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across disparate organizational structures and multiple management levels.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
