We’re looking for a creative, strategic and analytical Manager of Digital to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop the organization’s digital strategy and manage clients’s digital (web, mobile and email) platforms. You will also manage the company’s visual identity and execute the design and creative production of all promotional, marketing and brand creative materials.

You are a digital expert with in-depth experience managing digital platforms and designing creative campaigns and assets that drive brand awareness and engagement, and increases the size of client’s addressable audience. You are a project manager with sharp decision-making skills and the ability to leverage data and mine insights to execute against digital marketing initiatives.

Own the global digital (web, mobile and email) strategy, execution, campaigns and sprints with a focus on driving brand awareness and engagement, and increases the size of the company’s addressable audience.
Develop and manage website, email and mobile initiatives that support brand marketing objectives and the goals of transaction teams.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing or Journalism.
  • 7+ years of experience managing creative and digital, with emphasis on websites, social media, email and mobile.
  • Firm understanding of how audiences consume content and how we can optimize across platforms.
  • Affinity for new technologies and understanding of emerging tech trends (VR, AR, IoT, AI, etc.)
  • Highly creative and effective communicator and passion for storytelling.
  • Experience with Wordpress, Slideshare and major social media and online publishing/content distribution platforms
  • Adept at using web and graphic design tools (e.g., Wordpress; Adobe Creative Suite). Video editing software experience a plus.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics.
  • Superior project management and planning skills and understanding of how to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix global environment and focus on high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative “out of the box” thinker.
  • Self-starter and highly collaborative, with excellent organization and time management skills
